Training On Your Own Strength - Center

Do you want more peace and order in your life as well as in your money matters? Would you like to learn where and how to ask for help and how to deal with stress?

Discover in our free training how to get more grip on your life and your money.

In 7 2-hour meetings, we will discuss the following topics:

  • How do you keep an overview of your administration and money matters?
  • What can you save on? (e.g. energy, groceries)
  • Where can you go for help and (free) activities?
  • How to eat cheap and healthy?
  • How to deal with stress?
  • How to stand up for yourself?

Participants share tips with each other and go on a shopping excursion together. At the end of the training you will receive a certificate.

Dates & time

  • Number:7 meetings, once a week
  • Start: Thursday, March 19
  • .
  • End: April 30 or May 7, this will be determined in consultation with the group
  • Time: 10:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

The training will take place at the Maritime Museum.
